Spring Haven is the ideal location for weddings, events, showers, teas, meetings and social gatherings of all kinds. Spring Haven offers an array of ideal settings from small group gatherings to major events. It is also a wonderful destination for rehearsal dinners, seasonal and corporate parties, and family events.

Parlor & Dining Room
The Parlor and Dinning Room are often used together for rehearsal and formal dinners, parties, meetings, receptions, corporate events and smaller weddings with less than 40 guests. These rooms together can accommodate up to 60 seated for a formal dinner or they can hold up to 100 guests for a stand up reception. The covered space can be increased by adding the porches (see numbers below).
 Front Lawn
The front lawn is the perfect setting for outside weddings and can accommodate 200-250 guests. It is often used in combination with the Back Lawn and/or Porches for wedding and reception space.
Back Lawn & Spring Lawn
The Back & Spring Lawns can be tented either in combination with the Porches for formal uses such as receptions or can be used in a park like style for events, family reunions, outdoor seasonal events or fundraisers.
Screened In Porches & Covered Areas
 Spring Haven has beautiful porches and covered areas that can also serve as outside seating. The are very often used by brides for reception space. The Screened in area can seat over 80, while there is another covered area that can increase that number to approximately 150. These areas can be supplemented with tenting or used alone depending on the size of your event. Some brides use this space as an option for inclement weather.
Cabin
The cabin, built in 1800 is a wonderful addition to the setting of Spring Haven. The cabin is a part of many packages offered to the bride & groom and can be rented for meeting, retreats and parties. The cabin is often used by the bride and her bridesmaids as an fun overnight retreat the night before the wedding.

Spring Haven has a great working relationship with
many of the leading wedding planners, caterers and
photographers serving the Middle Tennessee region.
We can either work with the vendors you select, or
help you to hand pick the ideal wedding professionals
for your event.

Spring Haven can provide in-house services through
Kevin Hogan Photography or work with any
photographer you have selected. Kevin Hogan has
over 25 years of professional, commercial and
event photography experience and an intimate
knowledge of the perfect photographic settings
at Spring Haven.

Important wedding and event imformation
• Wedding packages are available which may include
rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony - indoor & outdoor,
reception, and overnight stay for bride & groom
and guests.
• Most music is permitted however Spring Haven is in
a residential area so loud amplified music is not allowed.
• Speakers are provided on the front lawn, parlor,
dinning room and porch areas.
• Alcohol may be served by an ABC licensed bartender
• A licensed insured caterer is required
• Valet parking is required for more than 50 guests,
but can be arranged for you at minimal cost.
• Tenting is permitted with the supervision
of
Spring Haven
• Candles are not permitted inside the mansion unless
used specifically in ceremony
• Tables, chairs and linens can be ordered by you or
we can order them at a price of 4.50pp
plus $50 shipping
• Due to the historic nature of the property there are uneven walkways and some challenges
for handicapped individuals. Please let us know your needs so that we can accommodate.
