During the months of April-November, use of Spring Haven Mansion tent with tent pole drapes over the terrace with two chandeliers and string lighting.

During the months of December-March due to winter weather, a tent can be rented from the preferred rental company, if desired. The base Heritage Collection rate during December-March is reduced. Please inquire.

A very hands-on experience where Spring Haven walks with the couple each step of the way. Wedding planning from contract signing throughout planning period and duration of the wedding and reception. The couple will be provided with a wedding planning checklist upon contract signing. Planned phone calls and meetings will be scheduled to work through the checklist throughout the engagement period via telephone, video conferencing, or in person.

A wedding day timeline will be planned with the couple and vendors with direction of the rehearsal, wedding day set-up, ceremony, and reception.
