Wedding packages start at $2,975 for the Custom Collection (up to 40 guests, 4 hours), $7,975 for Heritage (up to 100 guests, 12 hours), and $11,975 for Magnolia (up to 125 guests, 14 hours, with planner and DJ included). Add-ons are available for additional hours, guests, and services.
What's the maximum guest capacity?
Spring Haven Mansion comfortably seats up to 125 guests under the covered terrace, with additional space on the grounds for outdoor ceremonies. Custom: up to 40 • Heritage: up to 100 • Magnolia: up to 125.
What's included in every wedding package?
Every package includes exclusive use of the mansion grounds, gardens, covered terrace, lower level of the historic mansion, historic cabin, and dressing areas — plus white garden chairs for ceremony, tables and linens, and full setup/breakdown of Spring Haven equipment. Heritage and Magnolia add a wooden arbor, wooden bar, and wireless uplighting. Magnolia also includes a wedding planner and professional DJ.
How far is Spring Haven Mansion from Nashville?
We're in Hendersonville, TN — approximately 22 miles (30–40 minutes) from downtown Nashville and about 25 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
Can I tour the property before booking?
Yes. Private tours are available by appointment. Send us a quick inquiry or call (615) 826-9702 to schedule a visit and see the mansion, gardens, and ceremony spaces in person.
Do you host elopements or smaller events?
Yes. We offer dedicated elopement packages starting at $575 for intimate ceremonies of 5 to 20 guests, including officiant, photographer, and venue.
